Customer Service Advisor - Part Time

Here at Dellonda, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our small dedicated team in Bury St Edmunds . You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

 Since 2019 Dellonda has been committed to providing customers with useful, innovative, quality products for use in and around the home and garden at great value prices, all with the convenience of fast, free delivery.

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all incoming customer telephone calls, selling platform queries (Amazon & eBay), general enquiries, and order processing.

This is a part-time role working 2 or 3 days a week, one day of which may be a Sunday.

What we’re looking for in our Customer Service Advisor :
  • Experience in a call centre or office-based environment
  • The desire to provide first-class customer service to our wide customer base
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Prior experience of in-house computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative
